It is reported that it has been agreed to allow Presidential hopeful of the United National Party led alliance Sajith Premadasa to use the ‘Swan’ symbol belonging to Ravi Karunanayake’s New Democratic Front (NDF).

UNP National organiser and Cabinet Minister Naveen Dissanayake has welcomed the decision taken by UNP Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe to name UNP Deputy Leader Sajith Premadasa as the United National Front's presidential candidate.
