Udaya Gammanpila has refused to hand over two investigation reports into the Easter Sunday attacks which he claims to possess, without an assurance that they will be made public.
Speaking to journalists yesterday (16), the PHU leader said he needed that undertaking by either minister Vijitha Herath or the government.
Gammanpila accused the government of trying to conceal the two reports from the public.
He noted the incumbent president got elected due to his promise to reveal the truth behind the terror attacks.
