Lalith Piyum Perera, a lawyer who headed both the National Youth Services Council and the National Lotteries Board, has joined the Freedom People’s Council led by MP Dullas Alahapperuma.
Perera received his FPC membership from Prof. G.L. Peiris at its office in Nawala yesterday (26).
MPs Prof. Channa Jayasumana, K.P.S. Kumarasiri and Lalith Ellawala also attended.
Today, Perera spoke at a FPC media briefing alongside Prof. Peiris, MP Dilan Perera and former chairman of Litro Gas Vijitha Herath.
