Sri Lanka’s Court of Appeal today (10) without further hearing dismissed a writ petition filed by the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) requesting the court to issue a writ order to the Ceylon Electricity Board to take steps to provide electricity without cuts during the period of the GCE Advanced Level examination.
