A team of doctors from the Government Medical Officers' Association (GMOA) met leader and presidential candidate of the National People's Power Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the party’s head office in Battaramulla on 06 August.
The GMOA handed him a set of proposals to address the issues faced by them.
Their team comprised its president Dr. Sanjeewa Tennakoon and secretary Dr. Prabath Subadasa among others.
The NPP’s secretary Dr. Nihal Abeysinghe and national executive member Prof. Krishantha Abeysena too, attended the talks.
