A Samagi Jana Balawegaya government will resolve joblessness among graduates if the present regime fails to do so, said opposition leader Sajith Premadasa.
Placing the number of graduates without a job at nearly 50,000, Premadasa said he has raised their issues in parliament on numerous occasions.
He was having a discussion with unemployed graduates at his office yesterday (31).
The opposition leader said he wanted all graduates to be given jobs in either the state or the private sector, or assisted to become entrepreneurs.
