The attorney general was due to make submissions to courts in connection with ex-president Maithripala Sirisena’s statement to the CID about masterminds of the Easter Sunday terror attacks.
The statement was handed over to the AG’s department on 26 March.
A request is expected that Sirisena be summoned before courts to record a statement.
