MP Namal Rajapaksa has been unanimously elected as the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna’s new national organiser, a post previously held by former Finance Minister Basil Rajapaksa.
The new appointment was during the SLPP’s executive committee meeting convened yesterday (27) at former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s official residence at Wijerama Road in Colombo.
