Dappula de Livera, the attorney general during the Gotabaya Rajapaksa rule, has claimed a mastermind behind the Easter Sunday terror attacks after he was denied one-year service extension, claimed justice minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe.
Speaking in parliament yesterday (02), Rajapakshe said de Livera obtained a court order to prevent the police from questioning him with regard to his accusation.
The minister was speaking during the committee stage debate on the votes of his ministry.
