An administration under the National People's Power (NPP) will lay the foundation for businesses to serve as dividend providers to the public and guide them into achieving targets, said NPP’s executive committee member K.D. Lalkantha.
He said a rule by the NPP would not bring major private enterprises under state control in the way the old Soviet Union did.
Lalkantha was giving an interview to a YouTube channel.
He said fair competition in the private sector would help eliminate the commercial mafia.
