Dinesh Schaffter, a director of Janashakthi Group, had been murdered, determined Colombo additional magistrate Rajindra Jayasuriya today (01).
The court came to the conclusion after considering postmortem examination reports and the findings by a five-member committee of medical experts.
The additional magistrate ordered the director of the CID to arrest those responsible for the killing.
