The New Alliance will hold its inaugural public rally at Ambalantota town on 08 June.
Minister Mahinda Amaraweera is making arrangements for the event.
Participating in the rally will be Nimal Siripala de Silva, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Susil Premajayantha, Duminda Dissanayake, Lasantha Alagiyawanna, Nalin Fernando, Priyankara Jayaratne and Nimal Lanza.
Lanza said they were getting more organized since they allied with the SLFP.
"The alliance will be expanded further with the involvement of more parties, groups and trade unions," he added.
