Government doctors and the police have discussed raids to nab individuals who pose as doctors.
The Government Medical Officers' Association (GMOA), led by its president Dr. Darshana Sirisenam met IGP Deshabandu Tennakoon on 03 May to discuss matters.
The misuse of the official vehicle logo issued to the GMOA membership also came under discussion.
Attacks on doctors, minimizing road accidents and legal action against the sale of substandard medicines, cosmetics and perfumes were also discussed.
