The National Water Board has disconnected supplies to 95,241 consumers after they failed to pay bills until October.
The Board says its computer database does not have details of reconnections.
Total disconnections in 2022 and red notices sent in 2023 too, are not included in the database.
It only says the outstanding due from consumers is Rs. 12.97 billion.
It has a total customer base of 3,000,240.
