Many foreign investments missed due to bankruptcy will soon come to the country to create a never-seen-before awakening in the construction industry, said minister Manusha Nanayakkara.
With that, its professionals will enjoy higher income, also creating a new awakening in the entire economy, he said at a discussion with construction industry professionals.
He noted the industry was still making very slow progress from a year ago.
A change could be expected within the next few months, he said.
