Police are investigating the murder of media cameraman Mahesh Gunasinghe at a hotel in Veyangoda where he ran a beauty salon.
The 36-year-old was found with cut wounds in his body by the owners of the hotel on the night of 30 November.
They rushed him to Wathupitiwala Base Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Gunasinghe had been serving at Swarnavahini at the time and had previously worked at Sirasa TV and the President’s Media Division.
