University teachers have decided to resume lectures from April 17.
The decision was reached at a meeting of the membership of the Federation of the University Teachers’ Association (FUTA).
They struck work from March 09 to protest several issues, including the PAYE tax.
However, FUTA is yet to decide if they would participate in GCE advanced level exam answer script marking that is delayed by 48 days now.
The Education Ministry, in a statement, welcomed the FUTA decision to resume lectures.
It urged them to take part in the answer script marking process as well.
