A man aged 40 years has been arrested over a threatening facebook post with regard to the 75th Independence Day celebrations, police said.
The resident of Maharagama had issued a warning in fb to those who would be attending the celebrations.
The suspect is due to be produced before the Gangodawila magistrate’s court.
