Pavithra Wanniarachchi and Jeevan Thondaman took oaths today (19) as cabinet ministers.
SLPP’s Wanniarachchi is the new minister of wildlife and forest resources conservation.
The portfolio became vacant following the resignation of Mahinda Amaraweera this morning.
Amaraweera will continue as the minister of agriculture.
Meanwhile, Thondaman who is from the CWC took oaths as the minister of water supply and estate infrastructure.
