A preliminary hearing of the Central Bank bond scam case will take place on March 21, 2023.
The decision was taken by a three-member permanent High Court trial-at-bar that met yesterday (16).
The attorney general has filed the case against former Central Bank governor Arjun Mahendran, Perpetual Treasuries owner Arjuna Aloysius and seven others.
They stand accused of causing a Rs. 688 million loss to the state at the bond auction on February 27, 2015.
