Tamil women in the north and the east affected by the war have decided to boycott the upcoming presidential polls.

Tamils will not be given justice by any of the candidates, said Mariyasuresh Eswari, chief of the association of relatives of missing persons in Mullaitivu.

Tamils will recognize the new president only if he takes those who committed crimes against them to international courts, said Eswari at a media briefing yesterday (27).
