Leader of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) Mahinda Rajapaksa has extended an invitation to the party’s deserters to return.
He urged them to set aside ideological differences and rally for the victory of the motherland.
Rajapaksa made the call while speaking to the media at the party head office in Battaramulla yesterday (07).
It came after the SLPP announced its national organizer Namal Rajapaksa as the presidential candidate.
