India's first international luxury cruise vessel to Sri Lanka, MV Express, which departed from Chennai on Monday (05) reached Trincomalee today.
Governor of the Eastern Province Senthil Thondaman and a team of officials including the Chief Secretary and Eastern Commander of the Naval Base officially welcomed those aboard MV Express.
All arrangements for this visit have been made by the Eastern Province Governor including special arrangements for the visiting tourists.
The newly-launched cruise service would sail to three ports – Trincomalee, Hambantota, and Kankesanturai in Sri Lanka.
