The YouTube channel ‘Sandeshaya by Saroj’ has spoken to a group of around 30 mothers gathered at the gate of Gallessa Primary School in Katukurunda, all of whom had to tell a story of woes common to them.
The biggest of them all is to provide a square meal three times a day for their young ones.
Some of these mothers managed on their own previously, while the others were able to provide for their children without a complaint.
Now, all are alike with the loss of the family livelihoods and the skyrocketing prices having worsened their plight.
All of them hope for a country with a better tomorrow in which they can live with their own means.
