The Western Provincial Civil Appellate High Court today (01) issued an interim injunction against SLFP chairman, former president Maithripala Sirisena, and the party’s general secretary Dayasiri Jayasekara.
The order prevents the removal of Nimal Siripala de Silva from his positions in the SLFP.
A two-member judges panel comprising Frank Gunawardena and M.B. Chamath Moraes took up the related case.
