The National People’s Power (NPP) says it will stage a protest campaign in Colombo today (26) against the government.
It starts at 2.30 pm at Viharamaha Devi Park.
NPP politburo member Sunil Handunnetti said the demonstration is aimed against the putting off of the local government polls, new taxes and other issues.
It will be attended by the membership from across the country, he added.
